This can be due to a couple of reasons:

• There are simple loadcases whose combination is not contemplated by the default combinations table. This usually occurs when two dead load loadcases have been defined. Therefore, the combination must be created or reduce the number of dead loadcases to 1.
• The bar is a concrete or generic bar, in which case the program only provides the forces of the bar and does not check the section.
