The computer is not really unresponsive. If you have an active antivirus program, it will check any CD that is executed on the computer, which will require some time.

The period of time that elapses from the moment the installation is executed and when it begins varies considerably depending on your computer, the antivirus that is installed and the security settings configured on the computer.

Our technical staffs have timed this period on different computers and have found delays which vary from a few seconds up to approximately 10 minutes. There have been cases, however, as some users have informed us, in which the delay has lasted nearly 20 minutes.
