1. Analyse the structure exclusively for gravitational loads (without wind or seismic loading)

2. Check the columns and redesign them until any excessive steel ratio warning messages disappear, as well as eliminating the presence of any 25mm bars by increasing the section of the column.

3. Now analyse the job with wind and/or seismic loads.

4. Recheck and redesign the columns. However, be careful; if a column fails, it is recommended its section be increased as well as the section of the remaining columns, otherwise this column becomes more rigid and will fail again in the next analysis.

5. Reanalyse the structure and recheck the columns.
