Drawings. The letter P appears in the reinforcement text |
First of all, the letter P appears in reinforcement texts when the Reinforcement Layout box of the floor plan drawings and beam drawings (or Detailing of each column box for the Column detailing drawing) drawings is activated. The letter, together with a number, is a mark indicating the position reference of a bar or bars. This position is indicated in a table which the program places in the top right hand corner of the drawing. For example, in the case of a beam drawing, a text such as 4P5Φ20(720) indicates there are 4 bars with a diameter of 20 mm at position 5 and with a length of 720 cm. If you look for position 5 in the details table, the following data is provided: the number of bars at that position, length of the hook (if there is one), the straight length, the total length for each bar, the total length of the group and finally, the weight of the group. Nonetheless, if this reinforcement detail is not required, simply do not activate the Reinforcement Layout box. Regardless of whether or not it is activated, the take-off summary can still be obtained.
