The origin of a slab panel’s mesh is situated at its geometrical centre. This geometrical centre is calculated as the centre of the rectangle surrounding the external faces and vertices of the beams forming the outline of the panel. One of the sides of this rectangle consists of the external face of the beam which has to be selected when introducing the panel to establish its direction.
