Click on Bar > Describe section > Welded > Section button. From the Section data options, select Editable. In Section type, select I with variable depth. Click on the Edit section button to modify the dimensions of the transverse section.

Some section libraries also contain sections with variable depth, e.g. Spanish library > welded sections > PSV.

Users can also define sections arranged in a box and vary their spacing along the joint.
