The error is due to the internal structure of CYPE program files being damaged because of the use of user-modified copies of the program (http://crack.en.cype.com/).

The problem occurs when modified copies have been used, but once it has occurred, it affects the modified copy and the legal licences that are installed on the same computer.

To solve this problem, follow the steps below:

• Uninstall any modified copies, especially those of the 2013.a and later versions.
• Reinstall the original program.

If, once the previous steps have been carried out, the problem persists, send an email to support@cype.com, indicating the licence number, and we will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
