To decompress a job, use the “File manager”. This option is usually located in the “File” menu of each program and displays the window in which the jobs are selected. Within this window (File manager), select the “Decompress” option at the top of the dialogue box. Having done so, another dialogue box will appear (Compressed Jobs Selection), where all the files with “cyp” format are displayed. This file format is a format given to any job which has been compressed by a CYPE program. Within the “Compressed Jobs Selection” window, users can search in other directories or drives to find their compressed jobs. The job will be decompressed in the directory that was selected when the “Decompress” button was pressed, even if the “cyp” file is in another directory or drive. The destination directory or drive can be changed by selecting it before pressing the “Decompress” icon.
